We are looking for a non smoking, non vaping couple or single person/s to rent our beautiful 2-bedder. Within 2 minutes walk is a bus stop that takes you to Parramatta, Hornsby or to Pennant Hills Station. And within 12 minutes walk is the bus stop for express buses to the City during peak hours. The Cherrybrook metro is about 25 minutes walk distance.

If you like living in peaceful, quiet neighbourhood then this is the perfect place for you! It is pet friendly to small sized pets (cavoodle, terrior size recommended). The flat is available now for the right tenant.

Rent is $700 per week which includes water bill. Electricity and internet connection are to be paid separately. Minimum 6 months commitment with $2800 bond is required. Please also provide reference of two previous rental experience.
