Small granny flat built next to main house. Owners live onsite so a mutual agreement needs to be met before anyone moves in. Flat is partially furnished with fridge, washing machine, microwave, gas stove and plenty of cupboard space. Rent covers gas, power, water and wifi. One carport space provided. Tennant is free to walk down to the creek and rest of the property and also have their own gardens/ veggies. We have dogs and livestock here so no dogs or cats please. This is also our home so no parties or lots of guests, we don't mind if the the tennant has the odd visitor. Tennant must be working and have a car.
