This is a small but functional self-contained studio granny flat. It sits in the rear of yard of the main property in a quiet and peaceful garden. Access is via a side pathway and through the back of the property. Shared off-street parking can be made available. The studio can be semi furnished or empty.
The main room has a fully functioning kitchen and the space will fit a double bed, double seater lounge and small dining. The bathroom/laundry includes a washing machine, laundry sink, vanity, toilet and shower.
The rental includes water and electricity but the hot water runs on instant gas (tenant will be responsible for refilling the gas tanks at their own cost).
The property is approx. 300 meters from the lake, 1.5 kms from local amenities and 5kms to the beach. It is a lovely spot to live.
This is a non-smoking property. We often have family stay and our pets have access to the yard around the flat. While the granny provides a person with privacy, the yard is used by us and our family (when they visit). Would only suit someone who is comfortable with this situation and will require mutual respect so that everyone can enjoy this space.

Dean has been local to this area for 2 decades and runs his own business, while Christine works from home. They enjoy their yard and like to grow vegetables. Both have adult children that now live away from home.
